Fitness and Risk Declaration

By submitting this application:

• I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of completing Race across the peaks and that I have prepared appropriately through training and conditioning.
• I accept full responsibility for my personal safety and equipment and agree to follow all instructions given by the race facilitators and/or guides.
• I understand that the route involves prolonged physical effort, uneven terrain and potentially adverse weather.
• I acknowledge that the race facilitators cannot be held liable for injury, loss or damage in any circumstances.
• I confirm that I will wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and will carry essential items including waterproofs, warm layers, food, water, navigation aids and any personal medication.

Fundraising Declaration

I agree to collect and submit all sponsorship funds promptly and to act in a responsible and transparent manner when fundraising.
